Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agogis ist seit ihrer Gründung 1972 einen weiten Weg gegangen. Aus der damaligen Selbsthilfeinitiative für Betreuungskurse ist ein modernes, professionelles Bildungsunternehmen geworden. Geblieben ist das Grundanliegen: praxisnahe Bildung für Sozialberufe zu realisieren – von der Praxis für die Praxis. Geblieben sind auch die Rechtsform – Verein mit Mitgliedsinstitutionen – sowie der gemeinnützige Charakter. Welchen Ansatz Agogis heute verfolgt, soll diese Fallstudie erhellen.
