Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Anforderungen, Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen von Märkten und Kunden ändern sich rasant, schnell und nicht immer berechenbar. Was hat das für Folgen für Zusammenarbeitsmodelle, Tempo und die Anpassungsfähigkeit von Organisationen? Wie lange können wir noch in Abteilungen von Marktvorbereitung, Marktgewinnung und Marktsicherung denken und handeln? Wie geht Führung und Steuerung in Marktbereichen, wenn Komplexität zunimmt und tiefes Expertenwissen sich anmutet wie die Sprache eines fernen Planeten? Wie sehen Marktmenschen von heute und morgen aus, welche künftigen Skills sind Basis für den Markterfolg von übermorgen?
