Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Gestaltungsbereich des Einkaufs umfasst neben den klassischen Bereichen Lieferantensuche, Verhandlung und Nominierung auf der einen Seite auch die Bereiche Lieferantenentwicklung und Technologie sowie auf der anderen Seite Supply Management und Qualität mit dem Ziel der Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktion und Produktionssteuerung. Diese Elemente des Einkaufs können in unterschiedlicher Art von der Digitalisierung profitieren. Fünfzehn Ansatzpunkte für Digitalisierung werden im Gestaltungsbereich des Einkaufs verortet und inhaltlich skizziert. Dies soll dem Leser Gelegenheit bieten, sich im Buch an den für ihn interessanten Fragestellungen und Lösungsansätzen zu orientieren.
