Abstract

Zusammenfassung Transgenerationale Übertragungen, Entwicklung von Selbstwert und Ich-Stärke sowie das Aufwachsen in einer funktionalen Herkunftsfamilie beeinflussen maßgeblich die Machtentfaltung von Frauen – und bremsen, verhindern oder fördern sie. Diese Entwicklungsgeschichte bildet die Basis für ein gesundes Machtverhalten und einen kritischen Umgang mit Rollenzuschreibungen. Die Machtentwicklung von Frauen ist von jeher und fast ausnahmslos in jeder Gesellschaft gebremst worden. Die Verdrehung beginnt damit, dass Frauen jedes Streben nach Macht abgesprochen wird. Und sie verfügen kaum darüber. Ob sie nach Macht streben, können sie selbst meist gar nicht beantworten, weil jeder Griff danach im Keim erstickt wurde und noch erstickt wird. Verschiedene psychologische Erklärungsmodelle geben Aufschluss über die Machtentfaltung bei Frauen.
