Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG) ist die Höhe der Einspeisevergütung als die wesentliche Förderung einer Fotovoltaikanlage geregelt. Hierzu gab es seit 2004 eine Vielzahl von Änderungen. Kern der Änderungen ist ein stetiges Sinken der Vergütungssätze, zumeist im monatlichen Takt. Zeitweilig gab es auch besondere Vergütungen für den selbst verbrauchten Strom. Doch zuletzt sind – bedingt durch die Energiekrise 2022 – wieder etwas höhere Einspeisevergütungen zu verzeichnen. Da für die Höhe der Vergütung jeweils der Zeitpunkt der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme der Anlage maßgebend ist, sind die früheren Einspeisebeträge für alle heute noch in Betrieb befindlichen Anlagen weiter relevant. Sämtliche Werte, die für Inbetriebnahmen ab 2004 festgelegt wurden, sind deshalb nachfolgend dargestellt. Eine Checkliste von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme einer Fotovoltaikanlage rundet den Abschnitt ab.
