Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Wertermittlung von mittelständischen Unternehmen sowie Klein- und Kleinstbetrieben ist mit Herausforderungen verbunden, weil bewertungsrelevante Informationen häufig nicht oder nur in unzureichender Form vorliegen. Für das Handwerk, deren Betriebe typische Vertreter dieser Unternehmensgröße sind, hat der Zentralverband des deutschen Handwerks eigene Bewertungsvorgaben („AWH-Standard“) herausgegeben, um die Charakteristika dieses Wirtschaftsbereichs angemessen zu berücksichtigen. Der AWH-Standard arbeitet hierbei mit Vereinfachungen, die naturgemäß zulasten der Bewertungsgenauigkeit gehen. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, den derzeitigen Informationsstand zum Bewertungsmaßstab im Handwerk darzustellen, eine ökonomische Analyse seiner Bewertungskonzeption vorzunehmen und Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung aufzuzeigen. Letztlich halten wir, trotz der zahlreichen Maßnahmen zur Komplexitätsreduktion, den AWH-Standard zur Bewertung von Unternehmen dieser Größenordnung für geeignet.
