Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der nachfolgende Beitrag ist ein Abdruck eines Vortrags von mir, den ich im Rahmen der EUROFORUM-Jahrestagung in Mainz am 12. März 2003 gehalten habe. Da dieser Vortrag die Basis für die Ausführungen im 5. Kapitel „Grundsätze der Unternehmensbewertung“ des Buches Matschke/Brösel, Unternehmensbewertung. Funktionen, Methoden, Grundsätze, 1. Auflage bis 4. Auflage, Wiesbaden 2005, 2006, 2007 und 2013, bildet, bin ich den Herausgebern dankbar, dass sie diesen alten Vortragstext, der bislang öffentlich nicht verfügbar war, in ihr neues Werk aufgenommen haben. Lediglich die damaligen persönlichen Vorbemerkungen im Vortrag sind weggelassen worden. Sonstige inhaltliche Änderungen oder Aktualisierungen sind indes unterblieben, um den damaligen Erkenntnisstand widerzuspiegeln (Abb. 1.1).
