Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie können Digitalisierungsprojekte erfolgreich gestaltet werden? Diese Frage stellen sich branchenübergreifend Projektverantwortliche in Unternehmen. Aber auch im kommunalen Umfeld gewinnen Projekte zur Digitalen Transformation stetig an Relevanz und neben vielen Erfolgsfaktoren, die analog zu Unternehmen sind, gibt es auf Grund der speziellen Herausforderungen doch Abweichungen. Die Erfahrungen aus den Projekten „Digitales Dorf Bayern“ haben gezeigt, dass analoge Strukturen und der Faktor Mensch eine erhebliche Rolle einnehmen. Dass analoge Strukturen als Basis für solche Projekte unabdingbar sind, konnte im Projekt „Digitales Alpendorf“ in zwei Teilprojekten beobachtet werden. Der Faktor Mensch zeigt sich in vielerlei Hinsicht: Gemeindeoberhäupter nehmen eine Vorreiterrolle ein, digitale Kümmer:innen garantieren als dauerhafte Begleiter Kontinuität und um die Bevölkerung für die Projekte zu gewinnen, ist es empfehlenswert eine bedarfsgerechte Umsetzung in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.
