Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während es zum Beispiel in Österreich zum guten Ton gehört, zu Beginn des Treffens erst einmal Smalltalk zu pflegen, so kommt man in vielen Gegenden Deutschlands sofort auf den Punkt bzw. zur Sache. Ich finde es persönlich sehr wichtig, ein paar Takte mit dem Gesprächspartner auszutauschen, damit wir uns aufeinander einstellen können. Der gute Smalltalk dient dem Vertrauensaufbau und dem Ausloten von Gemeinsamkeiten zwischen den Gesprächspartnern. Dieses Kapitel behandelt den Vertrauensaufbau ohne die Zuhilfenahme des Smalltalks, indem Sie die Rahmenbedingungen des Treffens vorstellen. Sie verfolgt die Idee der unbewussten Aufwertung desjenigen, der die Rahmenbedingungen vorgibt. Seien Sie in den Augen des Kunden der Arzt!
