Abstract

Zusammenfassung Personalisierte Kommunikation mit Kund*innen, Gästen, Reisenden oder Bürger*innen entlang der Customer Journey ist ein Erfolgsfaktor für Destinationen, welcher in diesem Beitrag beleuchtet wird. Die Digitalisierung und smarte Lösungen für personalisierte Interaktion in Echtzeit ermöglichen ein neues, bedürfnisorientiertes und situationsbezogenes Servicedesign. Use Cases für unterschiedliche smarte Touchpoints werden am Beispiel der Forschungsumgebung „Urban Living Lab“ des Fraunhofer-Institut für Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation IAO in Stuttgart präsentiert und durch Beispiele aus der Praxis ergänzt. Die Bedeutung innovativer Interaktions-, Präsentations- und Kommunikationstechnik, neuer Displaylösungen, Augmented-Reality-Technologien und der sozialen Medien ist für diese smarte Serviceinfrastruktur von zunehmender Bedeutung. Durch den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz und des Internets der Dinge (IOT) erfährt insbesondere die Live-Kommunikation entlang der gesamten Customer Journey vielfältige Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten und es entstehen neue Interaktionsszenarien. Am Fraunhofer IAO wird seit über 15 Jahren an Lösungen für ein optimiertes Nutzererlebnis in smarten Serviceumgebungen geforscht.
