Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Transfer von Innovationen zwischen Forschung und Praxis kann durch mehrere Faktoren begünstigt oder gehindert werden. Am Beispiel der Stiftung WABE Behindertenzentrum Wald wird exemplarisch aufgezeigt, wie ein Paradigmenwechsel in der Finanzierung einen Innovationsschub auslösen kann und wie sich Institutionen der Behindertenbetreuung der Schweiz unter Zusammenarbeit mit der Forschung auf die Neuerungen vorbereiten und umstellen können. Im gesamten Prozess vom Identifizieren eines Praxisproblems, der Analyse und der Einordnung in den bestehenden Forschungskontext sowie daraus folgenden Handlungsempfehlungen (Innovationstransfer I) bis zu der Entwicklung von geeigneten, auf die hybride Organisationsform und die Bedürfnisse der Kunden angepasste Lösungen und die iterative Umsetzung (Innovationstransfer II) können Forschung und Praxis auf geeignete Weise zusammenarbeiten.
