Abstract

Zusammenfassung Juristen lesen eine Menge: Schriftsätze, Fachzeitschriften, Gerichtsentscheidungen, Kommentare, E-Mails und was sonst noch alles mit der Post kommt. Das Erstaunliche: Kaum jemand beschäftigt sich damit, ob und wie man diese Fähigkeit optimieren kann. Beim Lesen ist es deshalb wie beim Schwimmen: Die meisten lernen es einmal in der Schule und verharren dann den Rest ihres Lebens auf diesem Niveau. Doch das ist schade. Denn mit ein paar einfachen Tricks und Strategien können Sie Ihre Lesekompetenz deutlich verbessern – und das spart auf Dauer viel Zeit.
