Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Wachstumsphase ist die Phase im Produktlebenszyklus, »in welcher der Umsatz stark ansteigt, Konkurrenten auf den Markt kommen und der Gewinn sein Maximum erreicht« (Gruner 2008 S. 359). Weitere Kennzeichen dieser Stufe sind nun schnell steigendes Wachstum, steigende Konkurrenzintensität, wettbewerbsorientierte Preisfestsetzung sowie die Einführung erster Kooperationsstrategien. Hinzu kommen weiterhin eine Vielzahl an Erstkäufern sowie die Notwendigkeit, den Käufer auf die Vorteile des eigenen Angebotes hinzuweisen.
