Abstract

Zusammenfassung Moderne, „nachhaltige“ Mobilitätskonzepte in neuen oder geplanten Quartieren sollten einerseits das Megaziel des Green Deal verfolgen, dabei aber vor allem die Mobilitäts-Bedürfnisse von Bürgern, Bewohnern, Besuchern und Benutzern abdecken und Akzeptanz bei allen Stakeholder erreichen. Dazu haben die Autoren einen Fragen-katalog für Mobilitätskonzepte entwickelt, der die Vielzahl von Mobilitäts-Faktoren, -Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und -Grenzen in einen objektiven Rahmen fasst und vergleichbar macht. Zu allen Mobilitäts-relevanten Themen werden Planungs- und Sachstands- Elemente mit einem Punktsystem bewertet. Der Fragenkatalog besteht aus 10 Themenblöcken, die die klassischen Modi (PKW, Fahrrad, ÖPNV, zu Fuß) um Abfrage-Themen wie z.B. Smart Mobility, Logistik, Pendler, aber auch Projektgüte und ganz besonders „Bürgernähe“ ergänzt. Dieses um-fassende Bewertungsschema kann zugleich als Sammlung von Ideen und Ansätzen (besonders in frühen Pha-sen der Quartiers-Planung) dienen, es visualisiert Stärken und Schwächen eines Mobilitätskonzepts und ermög-licht durch Rückkopplung zu Planern die Nachsteuerung von Mobilitätsthemen in der Umsetzungsphase.
