Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungsethik ist ein führungstheoretisches Konzept, das in der deutschsprachigen Führungsliteratur vor allem als Führungsprinzipienethik diskutiert wird. Die englischsprachige Führungsliteratur behandelt Führungsethik vor dem Hintergrund der Beziehung von Führungskraft und Mitarbeitenden (Ethical Leadership). Beide Auffassungen werden zunächst im Theorieteil ausführlich vorgestellt. Dann folgen Modelle von Ethical Leadership, die gut anschlussfähig sind an konkrete Gestaltungen der moralischen Selbstpositionierung oder der Beziehung zwischen Führungskraft und Mitarbeitenden. Für beide ist die Ausrichtung auf objektive Normen wie die Menschenrechte und auf zentrale zwischenmenschliche Werte wie Respekt und Vertrauen zentral.
