Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Mitarbeitergespräch ist ein wichtiges Instrument eines kooperativen Führungsstils, da es eine Konversation auf sachlicher und persönlicher Ebene zwischen Führungskraft und Mitarbeitenden in Gang setzt. Beide Parteien sollen im Gespräch die Einschätzungen des Gegenübers verstehen und gemeinsam Ziele aushandeln. Zum einen werden in einer Rückschau die Leistung und die Zusammenarbeit einer Analyse unterzogen. Zum anderen werden in einer Vorschau die zukünftige Zusammenarbeit sowie Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten des Mitarbeitenden diskutiert. Ziel soll ein gemeinsames Verständnis der Arbeitssituation sein, um die Zukunft gemeinsam zu gestalten.
