Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Anbetracht des Wettbewerbs um knappe Nachwuchs- und Fachkräfte müssen Arbeitgeber die wahrgenommene Attraktivität ihrer Arbeits- und Anstellungsbedingungen auf Grundlage der Erwartungen genannter Arbeitnehmergruppen systematisch und zielgruppengerecht analysieren und verbessern. Der psychologische Vertrag liefert hierfür das passende Werkzeug. Dieses Kapitel erläutert theoretische Grundlagen und empirische Erkenntnisse zu psychologischen Verträgen und zu den Effekten ihrer Erfüllung und Nicht-Erfüllung. Darauf aufbauend werden konkrete Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung erfolgreicher Arbeits- und Führungsbeziehungen und eines wirksamen People Managements aufgezeigt.
