Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im vorliegenden Aufsatz wird die Implementierung eines betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements in Form der Diagnose – Lösung – Maßnahmen – Evaluations – Prozesskette (DLME-Prozesskette) beschrieben. Der Autor übernahm im Jahr 2015 die Leitung eins Polizeikommissariates (PK). Sechs Monate vor dem Amtsantritt hatte es eine Mitarbeiterbefragung gegeben, die deutliche interne Handlungsbedürfnisse aufzeigte. Im Beitrag wird dargelegt, warum eine Mitarbeiterbefragung allein nicht ausreichend ist, wie auf der Grundlage passgenauerer Analysen Lösungen erreicht worden sind und welche wichtige Rolle die intensive Einbeziehung und damit Wertschätzung der Mitarbeitenden in Form der DLME-Prozesskette eingenommen hatte. Das Ergebnis lässt sich an dem entstandenen gesunden Betriebsklima und in der Folge der gesunden Organisation ablesen.
