Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die dargestellten Zusammenhänge zwischen Organisationskultur, Führung, Leistung und Gesundheit verdeutlichen, dass ein einfaches Reiz-Reaktions-Denken nicht weiterführt. Um dem kurz skizzierten HEADDI-Management näher zu kommen, hilft es, nach dem Organisation-Situation-Person-Schema Schritt für Schritt vorzugehen und die dabei erhaltenen Mosaiksteinchen zu einem Gesamtbild der optimalen Kultur (Vertrauens-Fehlerlern-Innovations-Gesundheitskultur), Arbeitsgestaltung und guter Führung zusammenzufügen, sodass als Ergebnis die gewünschte Leistung bei guter Gesundheit von Individuum und Organisation resultieren. Dabei hilft die Konzentration auf die beschriebenen „Gesundmacher“ wie z. B. Anerkennung und Wertschätzung.
