Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Reformen der Polizei Baden-Württemberg im Jahr 2014 und im Jahr 2020 hatten, neben dem Wegfall der Mittelbehörde (Landespolizeidirektionen), die Bildung von dreizehn regionalen Polizeipräsidien als Zusammenschluss mehrerer Polizeidirektionen zum Teil aus unterschiedlichen Regierungsbezirken zur Folge. Dabei trafen die unterschiedlichsten Wertvorstellungen aufeinander. Gleichzeitig war auch der immer schneller voranschreitende digitale und gesellschaftliche Wandel (VUCA-Welt) deutlich spürbar. Vor dem Hintergrund solcher Veränderungen ist es für die Organisation Polizei wichtiger denn je, eine dynamische und vor allem positive Führungs-, Werte- und Arbeitskultur zu verankern. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie das Polizeipräsidium Offenburg diese Herausforderung angenommen und einen unbedingt erforderlichen Kulturwandel eingeleitet hat.
