Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Autor beleuchtet gemachte Erfahrungen beim Umgang der Polizeiorganisation mit Kritik von außen und innen sowie die unterstützenden Aktivitäten und Forderungen der Gewerkschaft der Polizei als auch die Aufgabe von Personalvertretungen. Dabei wird die Problematik umgehender und oftmals pauschaler Vorwürfe von Organisationen, Politiker/-innen und Einzelpersonen nach kritisierten Polizeieinsätzen oder nach Feststellung von zum Beispiel rechten Chatgruppen und Aktivitäten von Polizeibeschäftigten dargestellt sowie auch der populistische, verachtende Umgang in sogenannten sozialen Netzwerken gegenüber der Polizei und den dort arbeitenden Menschen.
