Hybride Arbeitsräume – die Bedeutung der Atmosphäre

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Home-Office wurde zum Arbeitsort der Corona-Pandemie, womit hybride Räume aus Arbeits-, privaten und virtuellen Räumen einhergehen. Der Beitrag fragt nach der Bedeutung von Arbeits- wie gemeinschaftlichen Atmosphären mit Blick auf diese neuen Räume, wie sie von den Arbeitenden erlebt werden und vonseiten der Arbeitgebenden gestaltet werden können. Den Ausführungen liegt ein Verständnis von relationalen Räumen zugrunde und eine Konzeption von Atmosphären als vermittelnde Entitäten zwischen Subjekten und Räumen. Der Beitrag kommt zum Schluss, dass sowohl Arbeitende als auch Organisationen Atmosphären gestalten müssen. Dabei gilt es vonseiten der Organisationen, die Arbeitenden im Umgang mit den hybriden Räumen zu professionalisieren und auch im virtuellen Raum gemeinschaftliche Atmosphären zu schaffen. Das Büro wird als Ort des Austausches nicht an Bedeutung verlieren, wobei neben dem Home-Office weitere Arbeitsorte wie bspw. Coworking Spaces hinzukommen.
