Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den vergangenen Jahrzehnten hat mit Zunahme der Internationalisierung und Globalisierung vieler, wenn nicht sogar aller Bereiche in unserer Gesellschaft die Schlüsselqualifikation „Interkulturelle Handlungskompetenz“ immer mehr an Bedeutung gewonnen. Bei Stellenausschreibungen im Bereich von Wirtschaft und Verwaltung wird oft schon interkulturelle Handlungskompetenz als Einstellungsmerkmal vorausgesetzt, verbunden mit Auslandserfahrungen und längeren Auslandseinsätzen. Dabei bleibt nicht selten offen, was unter interkultureller Handlungskompetenz überhaupt zu verstehen ist und was zum Aufbau dieser Schlüsselqualifikation geleistet werden muss.
