Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nirgendwo anders ist das Thema Transidentität/geschlechtliche Vielfalt, die Wahrung etwaiger Rechte in diesem Zusammenhang und ein vorbildlicher Umgang damit so relevant wie im öffentlichen Dienst. Beschäftigte des öffentlichen Dienstes dienen dem Staat und repräsentieren ihn gleichermaßen. Beamt:innen können zudem sogar zum Teil Zwang gegenüber Bürger:innen anwenden. Der öffentliche Dienst ist primär mit der Adressierung von Bürger:innen befasst. Es gehört zu dessen Kernbereich, geschlechtsbezogene Daten von Bürger:innen zu verwalten, Rechte zu gewähren oder in diese einzugreifen. In diesem Zusammenhang wird das Geschlecht in der Adressierung verwendet. Die geschlechtsspezifische Anrede sowie die Erhebung, Speicherung und Weitergabe von geschlechtsbezogenen Daten sind im öffentlichen Dienst omnipräsent. Beispiele sind in Abb. 5.1 aufgeführt.
