Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine der zentralen Aufgaben von Wirtschaftsförderung ist die Akquisition und Bestandspflege von Unternehmen. Aufgrund der steigenden Komplexität und Dynamik von Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft werden die Anforderungen an eine moderne Wirtschaftsförderung umfassender. So findet sich im gemeinsamen Momentum zwischen regionaler Wirtschaftsförderung und Arbeitsmarktpolitik Potential, aktuelle Problemstellungen zu bearbeiten. Dies machen zwei lokale Projekte der Wirtschaftsförderung Kaiserslautern deutlich. Dabei handelt es sich zum einen um das ehrenamtliche Projekt der „Arbeitsmarktmentoren Kaiserslautern“, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, Menschen, die einen Arbeitsplatz suchen, direkt und persönlich zu unterstützen. Zum anderen bietet die „PFAFF – Gemeinnützige Arbeitsförderungsgesellschaft mbH“, entstanden aus einer Transfergesellschaft, modular aufgebaute Coachings und Trainings für qualifizierte Fachkräfte und Akademiker.
