Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wirtschaftsförderung agiert in einem zunehmend komplexen Umfeld, in dem weder der Rückzug auf feste Standortgrenzen, noch der reine Fokus auf klassische Innovations- und Technologiepolitik ausreicht. Vielmehr müssen regionale Ökosysteme analysiert, vorausgedacht und im Sinne einer Transformationsförderung proaktiv gestaltet werden. In dem Beitrag werden die verschiedenen Formen von Ökosystemen strukturiert und anschließend Business Ecosysteme, Innovation Ecosystems und die auf Wissenskapital fokussierten Knowledge Ecosystems näher betrachtet. Anschließend wird aufgezeigt, wie durch die Einsatz von Zukunftsszenarien möglicher Entwicklungen solcher Ökosysteme vorausgedacht werden können, und welche Rolle dies für transformative Gestaltung von Ökosystemen spielen kann.
