Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was kann Digitalisierung und digitale Transformation für den Mittelstand sein? Welche Herausforderungen zeigen sich für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen in der Praxis? Welche Lösungsansätze gibt es für Unternehmen Hürden auch in Zeiten der Krise zu nehmen und digitale Formen der Zusammenarbeit umzusetzen? Ziel des vorliegenden Kapitels ist es, diese Fragen aus Praxisperspektive anhand von konkreten Fallbeispielen zu beleuchten, in denen u. a. auch Beratungsinstrumente des Projekts DigiTraIn 4.0 zum Einsatz kamen. Zudem werden Erfahrungen der aktuellen Corona-Pandemie berichtet und anhand einer Umfrage mit 168 Personalverantwortlichen eine Prognose für den Bestand der Arbeitsform Homeoffice im Mittelstand über die Krise hinausgegeben. Das Kapitel schließt mit Tipps für die Praxis für eine gelungene digitale Transformation ab.
