Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Komplexität von Implementierungsprojekten ist insbesondere von der Aufstellung des Unternehmens abhängig wie der Anzahl der Standorte und einer lokalen oder globalen Ausrichtung. Immer sollte ein Implementierungsprojekt mit der Bildung eines abteilungsübergreifenden Projektteams beginnen. Ein interner Projektleiter kommuniziert mit dem Implementierungsmanager, der von dem Tool Anbieter gestellt wird. Der Implementierungsworkshop dient vor allem der Erstellung eines gemeinsamen Projektplanes und der Aufgabenverteilung. Auf das unternehmensinterne Team kommen dann vor allem Aufgaben der Informationssammlung zu. Der Toolanbieter wird das Customizing der Lösung vornehmen. Bei den Schnittstellen wird es auf beiden Seiten Aufwände geben, sie sollten frühzeitig in die Terminplanung mit eingebunden werden. Vor der Inbetriebnahme sollten umfangreiche Tests und ein Pilotbetrieb für einen kleinen Unternehmensteil erfolgen.
