Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel befasst sich mit der Finanzierung von Leveraged Buyouts aus der Sicht der finanzierenden Bank. Hierbei werden die typischen Charakteristika eines Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs) beschrieben. Darüber hinaus verschafft das Kapitel einen Überblick in wesentliche Strukturmerkmale unter Berücksichtigung der verschiedenen Finanzierungsformen. Das Kapitel gibt einen sehr praxisbezogenen Einblick, wie Banken einen LBO analysieren – welche Elemente von zentraler Bedeutung sind und somit ist das Kapitel auch als Ratgeber für Unternehmer gedacht, auf welche Themen Banken besonderen Wert legen. Das Kapitel schliesst mit einem Überblick wesentlicher Bestandteile des LBO Vertrags ab.
