Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer den Integrationsprozess beschleunigen und viele Fragen und Nachforderungen aus den USA vermeiden möchte, sollte auf Qualität setzen. Dies gilt für die Teams, die Arbeitsbedingungen und auch für die Entwicklung hilfreicher Routinen. Leitgedanke der Post-Merger-Integration ist es nicht, sich mit schnellen Not- oder Zwischenlösungen bereits zufrieden zu geben. Es sollten vielmehr solide und dauerhaft tragfähige Prozesse angestrebt werden, die sich im neuen Tagesgeschäft bewähren. Die Lösungen und die Prozesse, die jetzt erarbeitet werden, müssen also vor allem eines sein: pragmatisch. Die Schwelle, Probleme anzusprechen, um sie gemeinsam zu bewältigen, sollte niedrig sein. Quick-Wins und störungsfreie Arbeitszeiten sind Beispiele für Erfolgsfaktoren, die viel öfter realisierbar sind, als viele Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter vermuten.
