Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Personen einen Konflikt haben und an der Lösung arbeiten, kann mit Emotionen meist sehr unmittelbar gearbeitet werden: sie sind spürbar und beziehen sich auf die aktuelle Situation. Wenn Organisationen und größere Systeme einen Konflikt bearbeiten, entsenden sie beauftragte „Stellvertreter“ in den Klärungsprozess. Diese haben einen offiziellen Auftrag, sehr oft aber auch eine „hidden agenda“. Diese verborgenen Aufträge bilden oft unsichtbare Hürden im Klärungsprozess, müssen aber mitbedacht werden, wenn eine nachhaltige Lösung erreicht werden soll.
