Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Berufsbild von WirtschaftsingenieurInnen ist durch Vielfalt geprägt und bietet für MitarbeiterInnen in Industrie und Wirtschaft sowohl Chancen im persönlichen als auch unternehmerischen Kontext. Um innerhalb dieser Vielfalt im Berufsfeld agieren zu können, sind diverese Kompetenzen notwendig. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrags werden Studien aus dem DACHRaum herangezogen, um notwendige Kompetenzen für WirtschaftsingenieurInnen gezielt abzubilden.
