Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Buch stellt eine neuartige Idee zur Verbindung von Verhaltensökonomie und Volkswirtschaft vor. Der zeitgenössische verhaltensökonomische Ansatz wurde um eine Anwendung im öffentlichen Sektor erweitert sowie behaviorale Aspekte um eine implizite Klassenaufteilung in die, die anstupsen und diejenigen, die angestupst werden. Die potenzielle Auswirkung des Buches auf die öffentlichen Belange besteht darin, eine Überprüfung der demokratischen Übereinstimmung von Nudging mit den verfassungsrechtlichen Werten und den Forderungen nach informierter Zustimmung durchzuführen. In dieser Herausforderung der Mainstream-Verhaltensökonomie liegt auch ein direkter Beitrag zur wissenschaftlichen Weiterentwicklung von Erkenntnissen über das digitale Zeitalter des 21. Jahrhunderts.
