Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das im Folgenden dargestellte Führungswerkzeug ist insbesondere brauchbar für die Verwaltungsmitglieder, die erstmalig eine Führungsfunktion bekleiden sollen – sei es im Gehobenen oder im Höheren Dienst. Im Sinne eines (wie im Kap. 2 ausgeführt) „Novizen“, muss erst ein gutes Gespür dafür entwickelt werden, was die tatsächliche Funktion und der konkrete Arbeitsgegenstand der Führung ist. Die Bearbeitung kritischer Situationen mit der hier dargestellten „Analyse- und Entscheidungsmethode“ liefert dafür die sinnvolle handwerkliche und professionelle Orientierung – anders als dies wohlfeile Managementrhetoriken oder motivationspsychologischen Personalführungsideologien leisten können.
