Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Automatisierung der Fertigungsindustrie zeigt richtungsweisend der Administration, welche Optimierungsstellhebel durch Digitalisierung möglich sind. Der vorliegende Artikel skizziert ausgewählte Stellhebel und deren Wirkung auf die Finanzorganisation. Insb. anhand der Controlling Funktion wird das Spannungsfeld zwischen maschineller (IT) und menschlicher Workforce dargestellt, wobei Digitalisierungsanwendungen der Robotics und der künstlichen Intelligenz anhand von Praxisbeispielen einen Eindruck in die veränderte Arbeitswelt geben.
