Abstract

Zusammenfassung Interne Netzwerke, Wissensaustausch und selbstorganisierte Prozesse rücken vor dem Hintergrund eines unübersichtlichen Umfelds und technologischer Veränderungen zunehmend in den Fokus der Unternehmensentwicklung. Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit, die Standorte, fachliche Grenzen, Bereichsinteressen und hierarchische Stellenrelationen überwinden soll, werden in Fachliteratur und Praxis im Zusammenhang mit Plattformen besprochen, die eine „ubiquitäre“ Arbeitsumgebung ermöglichen, auf die Mitarbeitende orts- und zeitunabhängig von unterschiedlichen Endgeräten aus zugreifen können. Ziel solcher Systeme ist, auf Informationsflüsse, die interpersonelle Kommunikation und Kollaboration einzuwirken.
