Abstract

Zusammenfassung Anhand aktueller Praxisbeispiele wird kommunikationswissenschaftlich diskutiert, welche Anforderung Stakeholderdialoge als Instrument der politischen und unternehmensstrategischen Interessenklärung erfüllen und wie agiles Arbeiten im Kontext von Beteiligungsverfahren realisiert werden kann. Dazu werden neben der Entwicklung der Stakeholder-Theorie vor allem die Funktionen der Interessenklärung und ihrer Erscheinungsformen betrachtet. Im Mittelpunkt der Analyse steht der Kontrast zwischen der unternehmerischen Zielsetzung beim Einsatz von Stakeholderdialogen als Instrument und dem partizipatorischen Motiv als zentraler Idee des Dialogverfahrens. Dazu wird sich konkret mit der Rolle von Stakeholderdialogen innerhalb des Kommunikationsmanagements auseinandergesetzt, um dafür ethische Anforderungen zu formulieren.
