Abstract

Zusammenfassung Employer Branding ist nichts anderes als die Arbeitgebermarke: Wie sehen potenzielle Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen als künftigen Arbeitgeber? Wie sehen die eigenen Mitarbeiter das Unternehmen als aktuellen Arbeitgeber? Employer Branding bezeichnet also, wie ein Unternehmen wahrgenommen wird: seine Benefits für (potenzielle) Mitarbeiter, seine generellen Arbeitsbedingungen, seine Vergütungsstruktur, seine Personalentwicklung und vieles andere. Auch das Recruiting spielt hier eine große Rolle: Wie ein Arbeitgeber mit seinen potenziellen Bewerbern umgeht, wirkt sich ebenfalls auf die Arbeitgebermarke aus.
