Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 5 beschäftigt sich mit dem Faktor „Vorüberlegung“ im Rahmen der Vorbereitung eines Corporate Think Tanks. Drei Themen stehen im Fokus: Ein Exkurs zu gescheiterten Corporate Think Tanks, um aufzuzeigen, welche Fehler bei der Planung und Durchführung einer Denkfabrik vermieden werden sollten (Kap. 5.1). Die Sensibilisierung für das Mindset einer Organisation, um zu verdeutlichen, dass die in einer Denkfabrik entstehenden Lösungen zur generellen Denkhaltung eines Unternehmens passen sollten (Kap. 5.2). Die Betrachtung übergeordneter Zusammenhänge, um darauf hinzuweisen, dass Corporate Think Tanks im Kontext der Unternehmensstrategie zu initiieren sind (Kap. 5.3). Die Erkenntnisse dieser drei Vorüberlegungen werden in Kapitel 5.4 in Form einer Top-10-Liste der wichtigsten Erfolgsvoraussetzungen für eine Denkfabrik zusammengeführt.
