Abstract

Zusammenfassung Komplexe Preis- und Konditionensysteme stellen hohe Anforderungen an die IT. Sind die Konditionen nach Kunden und Produkten sehr differenziert und soll gleichzeitig ein großes Belegvolumen wirtschaftlich abgewickelt werden, muss die IT ihre Qualität beweisen, um die Vereinbarungen korrekt im Rechnungswesen abzubilden. Die Kreativität des Verkaufs im Erfinden neuer Abwicklungsvarianten führt zu einem permanenten Konflikt mit der Datenverarbeitung, die immer wieder einfachere Abläufe fordert, um Fehlerquellen zu vermeiden.
