Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre haben die Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Dialogmarketings ausgeweitet. Damit ist auch die Palette von nutzbaren Medien immer umfangreicher geworden. Neben den klassischen Medien, die mit einem Response-Element zum Aufbau eines Dialogs genutzt werden können, sind es vor allem die Online-, Mobile- und Social-Media, die dem Dialogmarketing neue Impulse gegeben haben.
