Eco-museum Application in Ethnic Tourism Development

Abstract

With full use of ethnic tourism resources in the development of various types of ethnic tourism, the ethnic groups in China have achieved a certain economic and social benefits. Through a description of the status quo of the ethnic tourism development, this paper made an in-depth analysis of ethnic tourism problems. The conclusion is that the absence in strategy leading, the lack of overall deployment, the generalization of community involvement and the strong manipulation of politics are the mainly problems in the development of the ethnic minority tourism. Based on the concept of eco-museum, the paper makes proposals of strategic adjustment, concept innovation, mode of reengineering and management regression to improve the ethnic tourism.
