Research on Real Estate Sales Outsourcing of China

Abstract

Business outsourcing is very common in the social economy activities. The main motivation of general business outsourcing is to cut costs. Nowadays, real estate sales outsourcing is becoming a choice for more and more real estate developers. Real estate has its own characteristics like non-mobility. Through the analysis of seven characteristics of real estate sales that are different from general merchandise sales, this paper points out that real estate sales outsourcing motivation is different from general business outsourcing motivation whose main purpose is to cut costs, but the main purpose of real estate sales outsourcing is to improve product sales prices and shorten the sales cycle. On this basis, through the analysis of the factors that can affect real estate sales outsourcing, the paper establishes the decision-making model of real estate sales outsourcing by use profit maximization as objective function, and then proposes a thinking of decision-making practice of real estate sales outsourcing. Finally, in order to ensure the successful implementation of the real estate sales outsourcing and the full achievement of its expected goals, this paper analyzes the six works of the real estate sales outsourcing that should be done properly.
