Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Ihrem Unternehmen muß ein komplexer Problembereich, zum Beispiel der Verkauf, optimiert werden. Wie aber bekommt man komplexe Probleme in den Griff? Niemand weiß, wo zuerst angefangen werden soll. Der eine will hier etwas drehen, der andere will da etwas ändern. Insgesamt gibt es viele „Baustellen“, ohne daß sich eine klare Linie ergibt, eine übersichtliche Problemlösungsstruktur. Eine solche Struktur kann jedoch relativ einfach erarbeitet werden, und sie ist auch unbedingt erforderlich, um alle Bereiche einer Aufgabe zu erfassen und im Gesamtzusammenhang zu berücksichtigen.
