Can Learning Style Contribute to a More Understanding of the Intervention?

Abstract

This chapter deals with how we chose to draw learning style into the research. Learning style is given two essential roles in our study. First, we seek to use it as an independent control variable to capture possible changes in leadership behavior. How did we arrive at the choice of Sternberg’s thinking style? What are the elements in thinking styles? What are the benefits of using this thinking style?
