Abstract

Neurodivergent individuals can bring new talent and innovation to the workplace. Using the frameworks of Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and Universally Designed Synergistic Supervision (USDSS), an open, creative workplace develops with scaffolding, assessment, and support that develop neurodivergent talent to bring more diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice to the workplace.
