Abstract

Technology has changed the real estate market by offering new opportunities for satisfying customers’ needs and new business models for competing in the market. New players are growing year by year, and the traditional companies were forced to adapt to the new competitive environment to survive in the real estate arena. This chapter explains the book’s structure and points out the originality of the approach proposed and the value added of the book concerning literature already available.
