Abstract

In this chapter, we will show how action learning practice in Korea has changed since its first launch at LG in 1993. After presenting background information on the basics of action learning and the evolution of action learning practice over the past two decades, we provide three representative cases to attest to the use of action learning in diverse contexts: business, higher education, and the public sector. We then discuss what lessons we learned and what challenges we face for the future.
