Abstract

An introduction to combinatorial algorithms for unicast routing was presented in the previous chapter. In that context, routing was defined as the process of sending packets from an originating node to a single destination. While this is the most common option for network routing protocols and applications, it is not the only relevant scenario for packet routing.
