Abstract

This paper presents a model for ranking attendance priority of low-income families, living in precarious housing. It was developed under the Community OR concept, and is based in a MCDA-based approach: the aggregation additive method. The model was applied to support a Brazilian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
